Pack's Tavern in downtown Asheville is seeking an experienced Line Cook for our PM kitchen team. You’ll join a busy, high-volume environment where consistency, quality, and teamwork matter every night.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay organized and composed during busy service.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Takes pride in food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items for dinner service with accuracy and consistency.
• Work multiple stations as needed during service.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and management.
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing responsibilities.
• Take ownership of your station and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.
