True Food Kitchen in Tampa is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, vibrant kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate dishes across stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, and Grill, with multi-station experience a plus, and a passion for quality presentation.

You bring 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, teamwork, and the stamina to stand, lift, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Line cooks prep, cook, and plate across multiple stations.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Strong knife skills and ability to present dishes well.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
