Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking a Lift Operator, Nights, to safely run the night ski lift and assist guests with loading and unloading. You will monitor lift lines, perform crowd control, and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner during night operations.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, maintaining a clean workspace, and coordinating with Lift Ops teams. Must be 18+, with ski/snowboard experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ski/Snowboard experience preferred.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to maximize time and resources.
• Previous lift operation experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a ski lift.
• Be attentive at load/unload terminals and monitor surrounding areas.
• Perform opening procedures at ski lift and lift maze.
• Assist guests of all ages to load and unload chairlifts safely.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and perform snow-related tasks as needed.
• Complete daily logs and required documentation.
• Work independently or in groups to complete tasks.
• Maintain lift chairs by removing snow, ice, and precipitation.
• Perform closing procedures at lift and lift maze.
• Manage crowd control in lift mazes.
