Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ski/Snowboard experience preferred.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to maximize time/resources.
• Previous lift operation experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a ski lift.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading the chairlift.
• Conduct crowd control at lift lines.
• Interact professionally with guests at every opportunity.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace as conditions change.
• Complete daily logs and required documentation.
• Work independently or in groups to complete tasks.
• Maintain lift chairs by removing snow and ice.
• Perform closing procedures at the lift and lift maze.
• Follow ski policies and codes.
