Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, seeks a Lift Operator for night shifts. Safely operate a ski lift, assist guests loading and unloading, and manage crowd flow with friendly service.
This role requires 18+, ski/snowboard experience preferred, strong communication, and pride in safety and guest experience. Competitive wage listed; benefits and opportunities available.

Safely and efficiently operate a ski lift during night skiing operations, assist guests in safely loading and unloading the chairlift, conduct crowd control at lift lines, and enthusiastically and professionally interact with guests.
