Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a hands-on Learning Area Manager to lead all night shift training operations across Dispense & Fulfillment, Non Sterile, and Sterile Compounding at an assigned site. You will own day-to-day training execution, including plans, labor hours, and compliant delivery.

The role reports to the Learning Operations Manager and partners with cross-functional teams. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–12:00am, with a focus on building robust training programs, ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of training and development experience in a regulated environment.
• 2+ years of experience in compounding operations within a 503a/503b or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift learning operations across site areas and serve as main contact for the night shift Learning team.
• Manage and develop night shift Learning Leads with coaching and direction.
• Build two-week training plans and coordinate with operations to ensure coverage.
• Own labor hour tracking and LMS reporting with accuracy and compliance targets.
• Share Weekly Business Review metrics and training plan updates with Finance, S&OP, and site leadership.
