Marsden Services, L.L.C. in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Janitorial Lead to supervise a team of cleaners, operate a walk-behind floor scrubber, and fill in for call-outs as needed.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 4:30 pm to 11:30 pm (35 hours weekly). Hourly rate is $15.00. This role requires leadership, janitorial experience, and the ability to work in school environments.

Requirements

• You must be 18 years old

• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Custodial leadership experience is a must

Job Duties

We are seeking an experienced Janitorial Lead to supervise a dedicated crew of 5 part-time cleaners. In this hands-on role, you will walk between multiple campus buildings to monitor performance, ensure quality control, and operate a walk-behind floor scrubber as part of your regular duties. The ideal candidate is a reliable leader who is fully prepared to fill in for team call-outs when necessary.

• General cleaning and any additional requests as needed
• Oversee a group of custodial employees, train employees, and cover shifts
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Interacts with clients and building employees in a respectful, professional, treating others with empathy and dignity.
