Marsden South is seeking an experienced Janitorial Lead in Westlake, TX to supervise a dedicated crew across multiple buildings. You will monitor performance, ensure quality, and be ready to fill in for call-outs as needed.

The role requires janitorial leadership, 18+ age, work authorization, fingerprint clearance, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Expect evening shifts Monday–Friday with a $19.35/hour pay rate.

• Custodial leadership experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a dedicated crew across multiple buildings.

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
• Clean and restock restrooms.
