Job summary

Marsden Services in Westlake, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Janitorial Cleaner to supervise a dedicated crew across multiple buildings during the 5:30 pm–1:30 am shift. This hands-on leadership role requires reliability, the ability to train staff, and a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

You will perform core cleaning tasks, oversee shifts, and step in as needed. The position offers weekly pay, a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities to advance within a growing facility

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible scheduling and able to work with shift needs.
• Must have work authorization.
• Must have janitorial experience.
• Must be willing to lead and train a team.
• Fingerprint clearance is required.
• A pre-employment drug screen may be required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Custodial leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of custodial employees, train employees, and cover shifts.
• General cleaning and any additional requests as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Clean and restock restrooms.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Interact with clients and building staff professionally and empathetically.

Full-time Lead Janitorial Cleaner with Marsden South

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 pm to 1:30 am

Hourly Rate: $19.35

Location: Westlake, TX.

Requirements:

• You ++must++ be 18 years old
• You ++must++ be flexible and be able to work with our scheduling needs.
• You ++must++ have work authorization
• You ++must++ have janitorial experience
• You ++must++ be willing to lead and train a team
• You ++must++ able to comply with a fingerprint clearance
• A pre-employment drug screen is required for some of our accounts, and a criminal background check is mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Custodial leadership experience is a must

In this hands-on role, you will walk between multiple buildings to monitor performance, ensure quality control, and commit to all the duties. The ideal candidate is a reliable leader who is fully prepared to fill in for team call-outs when necessary.
