Qualifications

• Must have janitorial experience.

• Must be able to comply with a fingerprint clearance.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check may apply.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Custodial leadership experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of custodial employees, train employees, and cover shifts
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Interacts with clients and building employees in a respectful, professional, treating others with empathy and dignity.
