Job summary

DCG ONE is seeking a Large Format Cutter Operator in Seattle, WA to run and maintain a range of finishing equipment, including flatbed and XY cutters, plotters, and laminators. You will balance workloads, troubleshoot basics, and follow work orders in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires third shift availability and reliability for overtime and weekends. The position emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards while providing support to sales and project

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience operating Large Format Finishing or Printing Equipment.
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, RIP’s, and/or Cutting Software is a plus.
• May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operates Large Format Cutters: Kongsberg, Fotoba, Graphtec.
• Operates Large Format Finishing Equipment: Seal, Segal.
• Assists with loading/unloading of Large Format Printing Equipment: Vutek, Epson, Canon.
• Builds and maintains understanding of print media, cutting parameters, and finishing techniques.
• Tracks quantities and versions of printed items to be cut, laminated, and/or finished.
• Communicates finishing requirements to the Prepress Department.
• Supports inventory management and order consumables for finishing equipment.
