Job summary

DCG ONE based in Seattle is seeking a Large Format Cutter Operator to join our third shift. You will operate cutters like Kongsberg, Fotoba, and Graphtec, run finishing devices, and assist with loading/unloading printers such as Vutek, Epson, and Canon.

Adept eye for quality, basic electro/mechanical skills, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are preferred. This role requires lifting heavy items, overtime, and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience operating Large Format Finishing or Printing Equipment.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, RIPs, and/or Cutting Software is a plus.
• Ability to work third shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operates Large Format Cutters: Kongsberg, Fotoba, Graphtec.
• Operates Large Format Finishing Equipment: Seal, Segal.
• Assists with loading/unloading of Large Format Printing Equipment: Vutek, Epson, Canon.
• Maintains understanding of print media, cutting parameters, and finishing techniques.
• Tracks quantities and versions of printed items to be cut, laminated, and finished.
• Communicates finishing requirements to Prepress.
• Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance of machines.
• Supports inventory management and order consumables for finishing equipment.
• Attends team production meetings and contributes to process improvement.
