Job summary

The Laboratory Technician at fairlife, LLC works on 12-hour night shifts (6 PM–6 AM) on a rotating schedule to support the Quality Department. Responsibilities include water, raw milk, finished product, and microbiological testing, data entry, and report generation.

Candidates should have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) and proven laboratory experience. Strong communication and English skills are required, with adherence to GMP and GLP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent level of relevant experience required.
• Experience in a laboratory setting is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate lab testing instrumentation for moisture/solids, protein, fat and pH.
• Perform daily quality line audits and testing on plant floor as assigned.
• Prepare solutions and media required for laboratory tests.
• Maintain confidential records and data worksheets with accuracy.
• Communicate results to supervisors and appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Follow GMP and GLP rules and ensure safe, sanitary operations.
