Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. in Carlisle, PA seeks a Laboratory Technician for the Dairy Foods division to work on the night shift from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dairy laboratory or analytical laboratory experience preferred.
• Able to follow SOPs and work with standard procedures precisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical and bacteriological testing on raw materials, in-process material, and finished product.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Operate laboratory equipment and document results accurately.
