Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a Laboratory Technician for night shift in Dexter, NM. The role supports the Quality Department with water, raw milk, finished product testing, microbiological analyses, chemical titrations, and data reporting.

Responsibilities include operating lab instruments, performing audits, sensory evaluations, data entry, and maintaining confidentiality of results. Requires a degree or equivalent lab experience, English proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory setting is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate lab testing instrumentation for moisture/solids, protein, fat and pH.
• Contribute to daily quality line audits and testing on the plant floor.
• Perform sensory evaluations on finished products and document results.
• Maintain accurate laboratory data worksheets and logs.
