Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehousing terminology.
• Experience with inventory management systems or related software is required.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills (Excel) are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts daily as assigned.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Pull slow moving or obsolete inventory as requested by the customer for disposal, salvage, or donation.
• Process returned shipments and classify as first quality or damaged inventory.
• Maintain proper written documentation and filing of records.
• Assist with physical inventories and samplings as requested to ensure inventory integrity.
• Locate products in the system and adjust records to correct discrepancies.
