Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Inventory Clerk to work with the site Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels and records at the White Haven location. You will verify orders, manage cycle counts, and handle discrepancies with corrective actions to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with warehouse systems, strong math and Excel skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED, or 1 year related inventory control experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory systems.
• Strong math, PC/Excel skills; attention to detail.
• Interpersonal and communication skills are important.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts daily as assigned.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.
• Pull slow-moving or obsolete inventory as requested. May involve lifting/moving items.
• Process returned shipments and assess first quality vs damaged inventory.
• Ensure all written documentation is signed off and filed.
• Coach LTOs during inventories to ensure integrity of the process.
• Locate products in the system and adjust records for discrepancies.
• Identify and correct unique inventory occurrences before locking bays.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards per guidelines.
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all safety rules and participate in enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.
