Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience with cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the overnight Inventory Control & Solutions team.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Identify and resolve inventory issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Assign work and manage team workloads to meet daily objectives.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and engagement.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor inventory and activity.
• Review inventory reports and analyze trends to identify improvements.
• Partner with shipping, receiving, operations, and customer service teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct performance discussions and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve accuracy, productivity, and service.
