Job summary

McKesson Night IC Supervisor leads the overnight Inventory Control & Solutions team to ensure inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse operations, and timely issue resolution. This role oversees inventory management activities and supports safe, productive night shift performance.

This position emphasizes experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, cycle counting, and team leadership within a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of subject matter experience with leadership
• Experience with inventory control processes, cycle counting, audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work a 12:00 AM – 9:30 AM schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the overnight Inventory Control & Solutions team
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations
• Identify and resolve inventory issues to maintain operational efficiency
• Assign work and manage team workloads to meet daily objectives
• Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and engagement
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor inventory and operational activity
• Review inventory reports and analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with shipping, receiving, operations, and customer service teams to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, operational procedures, and quality standards
• Conduct performance discussions and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve accuracy, productivity, and service
• Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to leadership and business partners
