Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support Material Handlers during the overnight shift while promoting safety, teamwork, and accountability.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory movement, order picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Assign work and balance staffing resources to meet productivity targets, operational priorities, and shipping deadlines.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, track material movement, and utilize RF scanners, WMS, and material handling equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by enforcing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and reporting hazards or equipment concerns.
• Track operational performance, resolve workflow issues, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
