Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in cycle count or inventory coordination.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Excel; ability to develop clear reports.
• Effective cross-functional communication.
• Lift certification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Physically count items and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Build reports to identify discrepancies.
• Reconcile second inventory counts.
• Update ERP/WMS with count results.
• Maintain KPIs for first-pass accuracy.
• Drive cross-functional corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
