Job summary

Prime, Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to work with drivers and sales coordinators to provide first-class customer service to shipping partners. You will lead a designated fleet, manage driver availability, monitor safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate dispatch and ramp activities.

The role emphasizes accurate payroll, strong communication, and teamwork within a fast-paced intermodal environment at Prime, Inc. based in Missouri.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service and ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

Lead and retain a designated fleet of drivers.
Establish working relationships with drivers and manage their availability to maximize productivity.
Monitor compliance with Federal DOT regulations and hours of service requirements.
Ensure payroll accuracy for assigned drivers.
Coordinate dispatch, tracking, and communication for rail ramps and driver utilization.
Train within the intermodal department as needed.
Support drivers and sales coordinators with first-class customer service.
