Schneider National is seeking an Intermodal driver in Illinois near Elwood. You will haul container shipments on company-owned chassis with 100% no-touch freight; 50% drop-and-hook; night driving required.

Rides include rail yards in IL, IN, WI. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, sign-on bonus of $12,000, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holidays, tuition reimbursement, and military benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must drive at night.
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Elwood, IL.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Drive in and out of railyards within IL, IN and WI.
• Operate 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook.
