Job summary

Schneider National is seeking Intermodal drivers in Illinois with night shifts. You will haul containers on company-owned chassis, with 100% no-touch freight and 50% drop-and-hook, navigating IL, IN and WI rail yards.

Eligible drivers receive a sign-on bonus, longevity bonus, paid orientation, and PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay. Company-paid benefits and a modern fleet support a strong driving career.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Elwood, IL.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• 100% no-touch freight that is 50% drop-and-hook.
• Drive in and out of railyards within IL, IN and WI.
