Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced Intermodal drivers in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. You will haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis with 100% no-touch freight and up to 50% drop-and-hook.

Must have a valid CDL A and be able to operate in railyards across IL, IN, and WI. Premium benefits include a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months with holiday pay, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsements are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Elwood, IL.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Drive in and out of railyards within IL, IN and WI.
• Operate 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook.
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements while delivering loads.
