Job summary

Fairfax Behavioral Health, a UHS facility in Kirkland, WA, seeks Master's Level Intake Clinicians for the Assessment team. The role handles referrals from hospitals and providers for Kirkland, Everett and Monroe campuses, with 24/7 access and weekend shifts required.

Ideal candidates will have strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team across departments in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or mental health field.
• Active WA State License LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or RN.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in social work or a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle referrals from hospitals, DCRs and providers for Kirkland, Everett and Monroe campuses.
• Provide clinical assessments and engage with callers to determine needs.
• Communicate professionally with multiple hospital departments and teams.
• Work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary intake team.
