Job summary

Fairfax Behavioral Health is seeking a Part Time Night Shift Intake Clinician for our Assessment team located in Kirkland, WA. The intake team handles referrals from hospitals and providers for Kirkland, Everett, and Monroe campuses and assists statewide inquiries for mental health and substance use services.

The role requires strong telephonic assessment skills, a 24/7 admission intake process, and independent workload management under supervision of Lead Clinician and Director of Assessment &

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or mental health field required.
• Active WA State license LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or RN.
• CPR, 1st Aid, Handle with Care and Verbal De-escalation trainings must be completed upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year experience in social work or mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle hospital admission referrals for Kirkland, Everett and Monroe campuses.
• Utilize telephonic assessment skills to manage inquiry calls statewide.
• Support 24/7 intake operations under Lead Clinician and Director of Assessment & Referral.
• Coordinate with hospitals, DCRs and providers for timely admissions.
