Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, located at 1153 Centre Street, Jamaica Plain, Boston, seeks a Staff Nurse for its Critical Care Float Pool. This role responds to emergencies across departments and leads rapid responses and codes when needed.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN and Massachusetts RN license with 1–2 years ICU experience, BLS and ACLS. Schedule includes 36 nights, every 3rd weekend and holidays, onsite, night shift, nursing excellence guaranteed.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU Experience is required.
• ED experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required or must obtain ACLS by the end of orientation.

Responsabilités

• Respond to emergencies in any department and lead patient care emergency responses including Rapid Response, Code Blue, Code Stroke and out-patient Code Blue calls.
• Provide patient care planning, implementation and evaluation with accountability to a nurse manager or supervisor.
• Practice Patient and Family Centered Care in a Magnet designated, high-quality hospital environment.
