Qualifications

• Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical situations if necessary.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Evening and late‑night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the entrance and verify IDs for hotel clearance
• Monitor guest behavior inside hotel
• De‑escalate conflicts using verbal communication and professionalism
• Confirm visitors via log sheet and ensure no unauthorized entries
• Document incidents accurately and report them to management
• Ensure emergency exits and walkways remain clear
