Job summary

HIGH CALIBER PROTECTION GROUP is seeking an Unarmed Security Host in Los Angeles to ensure guest and staff safety, monitor entry points, enforce house rules, and respond to incidents with calm, professional conduct.

The role emphasizes strong communication, situational awareness, and de-escalation skills, with an emphasis on customer service and visible presence. Part-time hours with scheduling flexibility, and weekly pay are available.

Qualifications

• Prior security experience in customer service and enforcement.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical situations if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the entrance.
• Monitor guest behavior inside and outside.
• De-escalate conflicts using verbal communication and professionalism.
• Remove disruptive or intoxicated individuals safely and respectfully if needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Assist staff during high-volume periods or special events.
• Document incidents accurately and report them to management.
• Ensure emergency exits and walkways remain clear if needed.
• Work closely with managers and employees to maintain a safe environment.
