Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services. The role includes assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and ensuring laundry and dishwashing tasks meet brand standards.

Responsibilities also cover stocking carts, managing breakfast setup, and performing routine property upkeep. The position requires adherence to safety policies and regular communication with management.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication.
• Ability to interact with guests and associates.
• Experience handling laundry and dishware.
• Generate routine reports and maintain safety procedures.
• Perform basic arithmetic for transactions and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out and payment processing.
• Process laundry: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, and shower curtains.
• Process dishes per standards; wash, dry and package.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast and conduct property tours for cleanliness.
