Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct courtesy calls within 30 minutes after guest check-in.
• Assist guests with requests or complaints after hours.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and guest room keys as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and guest laundry.
• Provide courtesy patrol in lobby and entrance area.
• Ensure exceptional customer service while protecting guest privacy.
