Job summary

Extended Stay America in Laredo seeks a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to respond to after-hours guest needs, maintain lobby security, and ensure courteous, high-quality service. The role includes handling check-ins, key control, and safety procedures during overnight hours.

You'll live onsite with lodging and work on-call within about 30 minutes of notification, supporting maintenance issues, noise complaints, and limited after-hours check-ins while upholding hotel policies and guest

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Operate the hotel mobile phone and PMS systems.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers; proficient in reading and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety issues.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys; safeguard from mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in and out when necessary.
• Handle limited guest check-ins/check-outs, greet/register guests, assign rooms, collect payments.
• Keep abreast of hotel policies, training and safety procedures.
• Report safety, guest and security concerns per policy.
