Job summary

Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Night Guest Services Team Member to enhance guest experiences during evening and overnight operations. You will assist with lift tickets, passes, lessons, rentals, and other resort offerings while providing accurate information to guests.

This full-time, seasonal role requires comfort interacting with guests, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced mountain setting. Housing is available year-round on a first-come basis.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating and working with in-person guests.
• Comfortable using computers and other technology including point-of-sale systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful information to guests in the evening and overnight operations.
• Process resort products and support a variety of Guest Services functions.
• Assist with lift tickets, passes, lessons, rentals, and other resort offerings.
• Navigate guest needs and help guests enjoy their mountain experience.
• Work as part of a dynamic team to ensure smooth nighttime operations.
