Job summary

Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Guest Host to welcome guests, answer questions, and help visitors navigate the mountain resort. You’ll be a go-to resource across locations, assisting with lines, coordinating guest concerns, and acting as a liaison between departments to ensure friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high pressure situations.
• Ability to work independently and, at times, without supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.

Position Overview

Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and love the energy of a mountain resort? As a Guest Host at Mt. Hood Meadows, you'll be the go-to resource for guests across various locations, helping them navigate their day, answering questions, and ensuring smooth flow throughout the resort. From greeting patrons to managing lines and assisting with guest concerns, and acting as a communication liaison between other departments, you’ll play a key role in delivering the friendly, helpful, and efficient service we’re known for.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 18 years old

Compensation:

• Starting Wage: $17.25 - $21.08 hourly
• Year-Round Housing Rentals. Subject to Availability
