Job summary

Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Guest Services Team Member to join our dynamic, friendly team in a full-time seasonal role. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and sell lift tickets, passes, lessons, rentals and other resort products, ensuring every interaction is positive and informative.

The position combines customer service with technology, teamwork, and problem-solving in a lively mountain environment. Housing is available year-round for eligible employees.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions at the window.
• Sell lift tickets, passes, lessons, rentals and other resort products.
• Provide efficient, informative guest service and problem solving.
• Assist guests planning their day and adapting plans when needed.
• Operate point-of-sale and related technology.

As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll welcome guests, answer questions, sell lift tickets, passes, lessons, rentals, and other resort products, and help ensure every interaction is positive, efficient, and informative. Whether you're assisting a first-time skier, helping a family plan their day, or providing solutions when plans change, you'll play an essential role in delivering the exceptional guest experience Mt. Hood Meadows is known for.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that combines customer service, technology, teamwork, and problem-solving in a fun mountain environment. This is a full-time, seasonal position

Qualifications& Experience

• Comfortable communicating and working with in-person guests
• Comfortable using computers and other technology including point-of-sale systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Previous guest service experience
• Prior experience operating a point-of-sale

Compensation:

• Starting Wage: $ 18.54 - $21.93 hourly
