As a Night Guest Services Team Member, you'll be a welcoming and helpful resource for our guests, providing accurate information, processing resort products, and supporting a variety of Guest Services operations. You'll assist with lift tickets, passes, lessons, rentals, and other resort offerings while helping guests navigate their experience at Mt. Hood Meadows. Working during evening hours, you'll play an important role in supporting our guests and team as the resort transitions through nighttime operations.
This is a dynamic, guest-facing position that combines customer service, communication, technology, and problem-solving in a unique mountain environment.
