ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight operations. You will assist guests with check-in/out, manage laundry and dishware processing, restock housekeeping carts, and help with breakfast setup while maintaining safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system technology and perform audit functions as needed.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in and check-out and collect payments according to guidelines.
• Handle all laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, and shower curtains per standards.
• Process all dishware, pack and store items while maintaining stock levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast and ensure cleanliness through property tours.
• Adhere to safety/cash-handling policies and assist with other hotel duties as needed.
