Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guests and maintain laundry operations, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

You will check guests in/out, handle payments, process laundry and dishware, stock carts, and help with breakfast setup, tours, and safety compliance.

The position runs 11:00pm–7:00am; competitive wages, weekly pay, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Guest experience mindset and hospitality focus.
• Ability to assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out and payments.
• Willingness to handle laundry and dishware per standards.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts and laundry rooms.
• Follow safety and security procedures and cash-handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to providing the best possible guest experience.
• Assists guests overnight, check-in/out, and collects payments as guided.
• Processes laundry (stains treatment, wash, dry, fold) and dishware per standards.
• Stocks carts and laundry/housekeeping areas to PAR levels.
• Handles reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Sets up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conducts daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Complies with all policies including safety, cash handling, and key control.
