Job summary

ESA Management, LLC seeks a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services. You will check guests in/out, manage laundry and dishware, and ensure safety procedures are followed while maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities include processing laundry and dishes, stocking carts, handling reservations and payments, and supporting breakfast service. The role requires attention to safety and guest satisfaction, with regular night shifts.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and associates.
• Ability to operate the property management system and audit as needed.
• Follow safety rules and operate/maintain documents and procedures.
• Basic arithmetic for daily transactions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out per guidelines.
• Process laundry: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, blankets and shower curtains.
• Process and clean dishware; restock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Open and maintain grab-and-go breakfast setup as per brand standards.
• Conduct periodic property tours for cleanliness and safety checks.
• Report safety or security issues to management promptly.
