Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies in Issaquah, WA is seeking an experienced Department Manager to oversee all functions of the grocery department, drive exceptional customer service, and ensure a safe, clean environment that motivates customers to return.

You will schedule, train, and develop associates, manage inventories and pricing, implement promotions, and collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and adhere to food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Basic math knowledge required (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
