Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year grocery retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures with logs.
• Report safety risks and incidents to management.
• Train associates on inventory, stocking, and CAO.
• Plan, organize, and supervise the department inventory.
• Schedule price changes and update shelf tags.
• Assist with budget, P&L reviews and cost control.
• Monitor expenses and respond to promotional plans.
• Lead and develop associates, conduct performance reviews.
