• Establish performance goals and empower staff to meet or exceed them.
• Develop staffing plans to manage customer volume during operating hours.
• Train and develop associates and participate in performance reviews.
• Adhere to all laws and company guidelines, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer questions with recommendations.
• Plan and execute department promotions and seasonal plans.
• Monitor expenses and assist with budget, P&L reviews, and action on financial reports.
