Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the department.
• Establish performance goals for department and empower associates to meet targets.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume and ensure coverage.
• Train associates on performance and participate in evaluations.
• Adhere to all laws, company guidelines and safety procedures.
• Create department business plans and execute sales promotions with store management.
• Monitor inventory and price changes; manage stock levels.
