Job summary

Action Property Management, Inc. in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Front Gate Associate for the Marquee Park Place association.

You will provide security presence in the gatehouse and respond to residents' and guests' needs while ensuring access is controlled and the HOA rules are followed. The role requires an overnight schedule (Wednesday–Sunday, 11:00 pm–7:30 am) with flexibility and compensation of $21–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• 1 year of security experience is required.
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Answer phones and manage entry/exit of residents and guests.
• Maintain gatehouse area clean and organized; coordinate with janitorial/maintenance.
• Document incidents and daily activities; communicate shift handoffs clearly.
• Process parcel deliveries and maintain proper parcel documentation.
• Respond to disturbances by notifying Management and/or authorities as needed.
• Coordinate resident moves and ensure common areas are protected.
• Operate Elevator Control System to direct visitors to the correct floor.
• Follow Front Desk Procedures and maintain logs as required.
• Monitor security cameras; report suspicious activity to staff or law enforcement.
