Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of security experience
• Preferably in hospitality or luxury property management
• Polished and professional appearance
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong critical thinking skills; solutions oriented
• High attention to detail
• Personable and able to build rapport with residents and guests
• Team player; able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Report concerns to Management, Engineering or Janitorial as appropriate
• Greet residents, guests, and visitors at the gatehouse in a welcoming, professional manner
• Be familiar with the parking structure
• Answer phones and greet residents and guests on entry/exit
• Maintain kiosk area; keep it clean and organized; summon staff when needed
• Record shift notes in the Daily Activity Report; review pass-on log and emails
• Process parcel deliveries; document acceptance and dispatch
• Document disturbances and contact appropriate authorities to resolve issues
• Coordinate resident moves per HOA hours; protect Common Areas
• Operate Elevator Control System to direct guests and contractors
• Use Front Desk Procedures Manual and Inventory/Pass-On logs
• Monitor security cameras; report suspicious activity to staff/management
• Submit Incident Reports as required
• Understand Emergency Procedures and coordinate with residents and responders
• Follow Post Instructions; adhere to Governing Documents and Rules
