Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a gatehouse attendant for a full-time, 40-hour work week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with potential adjustments based on operational needs.

The incumbent will greet residents and visitors professionally, direct traffic, and record vehicle and pedestrian movements in the access control system. Duties include reporting incidents, maintaining a clean gatehouse, and enforcing unauthorized access rules.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to work with a diverse population.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience as a Gatehouse employee
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Greet all residents and visitors professionally at the gatehouse.
• Record traffic entering the property using the access control system.
• Observe and communicate activities and incidents to management and front desk.
• Complete paperwork and reports; keep the gatehouse clean.
• Ensure only authorized personnel access the community.
• Enforce parking rules; allow only drop-off/pick-up.
• Use telephone etiquette and greet callers appropriately.
• Report building deficiencies and submit incident reports.
