Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Reception Visitor Services in Orlando, FL. You will greet visitors, verify IDs, issue badges, monitor access, and maintain logs while delivering exemplary customer service.

This full-time, front-desk role supports a financial services site. CPR/First Aid and Guard Card are preferred. You must be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed) with a high school diploma, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a front desk within a financial services location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Observe lobby and reception activity, report unusual or unauthorized activity, and help to deter unauthorized access through a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while documenting incidents and completing required reports.
