You will welcome visitors at a financial institution front desk, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide professional customer service while supporting security procedures.

The role includes rotating night shifts, maintaining visitor logs, responding to alarms, and coordinating with site management.

Assist with security-related procedures and visitor management.
Maintain professional and calm conduct in all situations.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming employees, clients, and visitors at a financial institution front desk and carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests in accordance with established policies.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
Answer and route incoming telephone calls, provide general information, and maintain a professional front-desk presence.
Observe lobby activity and report suspicious activity, policy violations, or security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
