Responsibilities include front-desk duties, incident response, and adherence to site procedures. Candidates should have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) with background checks and drug screening as required.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• A guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial services location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control practices.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor entry activity, receive calls and deliveries, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report unusual conditions or security concerns to leadership and site contacts.
